UP Get Fit For You 2016 Challenge #GetFit4U

Happy New Year! Each new year represents a fresh start, a clean slate, a time of rejuvenation, new adventures and challenges. In the spirit of this and maintaining optimal health, we are launching a new challenge for you, our amazing community of Urban Polers! Over the past year, we have shared with you the countless health benefits of UP. What we know to be true, is the #1 reason for you to Urban Pole is YOU!! Commit to doing just 20 minutes of UP per day, beginning with three times per week, and starting this week! Commit to the Challenge for 10 weeks until March 15, 2016. Keep track of your workouts and how you feel afterwards, it will be a great way for you to track your successes and how much better you feel as the weeks go by.
Also, stay tuned with us each week through our blog and social media as we present new tips and ways that you can “UP” your game! Remember, repetition is the key so challenge yourself to add on an extra day or two of poling each week. Your body & mind will thank you!
Also, for those of you that need a more gradual program to get active, we have designed a specific program for you! Over the next few days we will be posting via our blog an 10 week walking program which is meant to take you through a gradual progression of increased time and intensity of poling each week. This program was designed by Catherine Cameron, who has vast experience in the fitness & health industry and has been sharing her passion with Canadians for over 25 years. We are elated to be working with her in expanding the awareness about Urban Poling!
