Metric conversion:

-Shorten your poles 2 inches/5 cm shorter than your height
-Weight bearing per pole = 90 lbs/40 kg
-Poles collapse to 31 inches/78 cm (Series 300/4Life) & 25 inches/63 cm for Adventures Poles
