How To Enter: In up to 500 words, tell us how your dad or a terrific male role model has inspired you to live a healthy lifestyle. If possible, please include a photo of yourself with your dad or the male role model special to you. Remember to provide us with your mailing address, email and phone number – links to your social media profiles would be helpful too.
