Join PAIRS, a welcoming community founded by Noah Kim from UC San Diego, to help individuals with Parkinson’s stay active, build meaningful connections, and feel supported through intergenerational walking groups led by dedicated college student leaders.

Inspired by his volunteer work with the Parkinson’s community, time living with his grandparents, and service in senior centers during college, Noah saw how important social connection and lifestyle improvements are for living and aging well. PAIRS brings movement, friendship, and leadership together in a fun, uplifting program for the Parkinson’s community in Orange County.

Free Orange County Walking Groups

Saturdays at 9:30 am 7/18 7/25, 8/1, 8/8, 8/15

Each free session includes 60 minutes of stretching and walking led by Urban Poling–certified college leaders. Participants can also use free Urban Poling Activator® Walking Poles, making it easy to try a supportive and confidence-building way to walk.

Why Try Activator® Poles?

Activator® poles are designed to help people move with greater stability, posture, and confidence. For individuals with Parkinson’s, they can support steadier walking, encourage bigger steps, engage the upper body and core, and make every walk feel more empowering—especially in a friendly group setting.

Come walk with us! PAIRS is more than a walking group—it is a supportive space for movement, connection, and Parkinson’s wellness in Orange County.  It all starts with a healthy first step forward!  For more information, please visit:  Home | PAIRS
