Even though the scope and size of our festivities may be a little different this year, spending time with friends is always something to look forward to. We just need to remember to doing it safely.  Our goal has always been to encourage Canadians of all ages to get outdoors and be active. And this year is no different. Whether it’s down the street or somewhere new, get out there and experience the last long weekend of the summer and revitalize your senses while taking in the sights, sounds and smells of nature. Go for a walk. Why not try going for a hike?
