Already having trouble with your fitness resolutions? Ask yourself, ‘why?’

Lisa Workman, one of our fantastic Urban Poling Instructors is featured in this Global News article on how to make the number one New Years resolution to lose weight and get healthy a reality. A recent poll found that nearly three quarters of people who make that resolution fail to reach that goal. Workman says that the key to reaching that goal is to build on what you are doing every day and find reasons as to ‘why’ you want to achieve the goal in order for it to become part of your lifestyle.
