I love my Activator Poles!!! They have been a life saver for me. I was diagnosed with Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis 5 years ago. My mobility has progressively gotten worse. I have a dropped foot, and my quad doesn’t bend when I walk which makes walking impossible without a mobility device. I have balance issues due to these conditions.
I had been using my husband’s hiking sticks but didn’t like the pointed tips and straps at the grips. As my mobility and balance worsened, I needed to find something safe, comfortable and sturdy that I could use with confidence.

I don’t know what the future holds for me but using my legs is extremely important to me.
The Activator® poles allow me to do that and have been a huge part of me being able to continue to live my life. Yes, I do have an electric chair that provides me the opportunity to get around when there is a lot of walking, when it is warm outside and I am fatigued from the heat, or when my legs are weak in general. But the Activator® poles are instrumental in me being able to get around on a daily basis. I highly recommend these poles to anyone that has mobility issues. You will not be disappointed.
