On Oct 5, 2019 Urban Poling was a proud member of the March of Dimes Aphasia Camp, which was held in Haliburton, Ontario. We were fortunate to be walking with so many brave warriors and discussing the many benefits pole walking provides. To all the participants who came out and walked with us, thank you for doing so. The feedback was so positive, and we have no doubt that many were left inspired to undertake a new kind of fitness activity. We applaud you for your courage and look forward to walking with you to better health.
