Czym jest Urban Poling?

Urban poling (Nordic Walking) is a joint-friendly, low impact activity that is easy to do and improves overall wellness as it involves upper body movement to regular walking while boosting posture, endurance and balance. Urban (Nordic) walking poles are for active individuals looking for a fun and easy way to get more of workout while walking. Although Urban and Activator poles are suited for different users, they do share common design features: both types are strapless, wrist-supportive, have specialized boots or bell tips for grip and shock absorption, and carbide tips for tough or uneven terrain.  To learn more them and help you decide which would be best for you, please click here.

Part 2 – Activator Poles: Setup and Walking Technique- Who should use Activator poles?

They are best suited for those with arthritis, hip/knee/ankle pain, mild to moderate neurological issues, recovering from surgery or have minimal dependence on walking aids. Activator poles boost stability and comfort and offer these key features: bell-shaped tip for floor contact, wide base ledge to better support hands, button lock for easy height adjustment and are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
