Edmonton Master Trainer Susan Yackulic who owns Get Fit Personal Training talks about how she discovered Nordic Walking last fall, and how she soon became a facilitator for Urban Poling! She mentions that a step to keeping fit even during the winter time is Urban Poling as it is a year-round activity that works 90 per cent of the body’s muscles and is good for all fitness and skill levels.
