Optional: Sitting and Standing Exercises for Older Adults

Series of simple sitting and standing exercises for less active older adult group exercise programs.  Make sure you assess participants in your group to determine which of these exercises can be done safely.  Adapt exercises for low level participants.  Remind participants to not do exercises that they have been advised are contraindicated for their conditions.
