This course is filled with tips on how to build your endurance to prepare and comfortably finish a 5K or 10K event.

Creator:  Trish Hunt is an experienced Vancouver Sun Run 10 km training clinic coordinator and instructor. The Vancouver Sun Run is the second largest 10K event in the world. Urban Poling is the official Nordic walking training centre for the Sun Run In-Training Clinics.
