Top US Blogger on Parkinson’s Recommends the ACTIVATOR Poles!

This blog post introduces Darcy Blake who in 2013, discovered the Urban Poling ACTIVATOR poles and immediately ordered a set to help her get more fit. As somebody who has Parkinson’s Disease (PD), Darcy’s fondly blogged how the ACTIVATOR Poles have supported her in her health journey.

In her blog post Waving my Sticks, Darcy writes “for folks who have PD, “these walking sticks can help you stay fit.” We couldn’t agree more! Time and again we see the poles make a drastic difference for people who have varying chronic conditions, not only PD but also Alzheimer’s, Stroke and other ailments. (Read her full blog post here).

Darcy further spoke about the ACTIVATOR Poles in her Nov 2013 post titled,Urban Poling a Most Efficient Exercise, illustrating the benefits of pole walking. A few of them being: getting a full-body workout, reducing impact on the lower joints, engaging your core muscles and increasing blood oxygenation by up to 20%.
