We are very excited to announce the new walkUP with Diabetes Self-management course. This course has been tailored to those who have or are at risk for Type 2 diabetes.
Learn how to do Urban Poling, which is one of the most effective forms of fitness for managing diabetes and weight loss. The course includes sample exercises and stretches to do with your poles, ideas for creating and tracking an Urban Poling routine, suggestions for choosing proper exercise footwear and clothing, and lots more. Dr. Agnes Coutinho, PhD highly recommends Urban Poling and has helped us design this course!
