Remember that over a year ago my mom "stole" my poles? I now have my own set, as does my sister, my father-in-law and even my dad!

We're turning into a poster-family for poling! Dad has lost 20 pounds and my 74-year-old mom continues to improve her overall fitness, stamina, balance and posture and seems much younger than a few years ago. You may remember she has many health problems including stage 4 lymphoma, advanced osteoporosis, bursitis and arthritis but she seems so healthy, it's easy to forget! I just visited my folks and we all went out three times, even though there was snow on the ground.
