The walk will take place at 9am on August 1, 2010 just west of Ottawa in the Village of White Lake near the Fire Hall. The walk will feature 9km and 17km scenic loops, free parking, and a picnic area. The best part is that this event is free!

Got something to say?

Hi, quick question: First of all, very interested in pole walking and would like to know if you want to teach other people, why would you need to be certified? Can you teach without being certified?
Tx so much, look forward to your reply!
Hi,
After this event will there be on going poling or Nordic walking groups or evenings similar to the style that the running room? Curious as I think this could be popular and we have so many locations available to us here in Ottawa for those of us who prefer to walk not run. Thanks.
